These are Tiered Pants- they move like a skirt while eliminating the need for another layer
underneath. Made of soft and drapey rayons and silks, they feature a cotton yoke to ensure
the stability of any added hip wear. I was able to tuck the hem of one leg up into the yoke
without losing any mobility- they are that full at the bottom.
